#CFC100 Rourke guides Wildcats to 68th consecutive win, still waits for 1st NCAA offer

While the watch continues for #CFC100 Nathan Rourke and the arrival of his first NCAA offer, the Ontario pivot continues to make waves down south.

The 6’2, 200 pound quarterback from Oakville, Ontario completed 14 passes in 18 attempts for 280 yards and three passing touchdowns to steer the Alabama’s Edgewood Wildcats to a 58-14 win over Fort Dale Academy on Friday.

Additionally, the #CFC100 pivot also added a rushing major and sprinted for 51 yards in the game.

With this win, the Wildcats achieved two significant accomplishments – it was their 68th consecutive win and it also marked the seventh year the team amassed an undefeated regular season under the leadership of Wildcats Head Coach Bobby Carr. The Wildcats end the 2015 regular season campaign with a 10-0 record.

Last week, CFC reported that Rourke was close to netting an offer from NCAA Division 1 team UCLA Bruins.  Moreover, other schools have shown interest in the Ontario quarterback including Chattanooga, East Kentucky, Middle Tennessee State, Mississippi State, Missouri, Southern Mississippi and Troy.

In September, Rourke was listed as the top quarterback in the #CFC100 CLASS 2016 RANKINGS.
