NCAA CLASS OF 2020 COMMITS
It didn’t take long for CFC100 Jack Taylor to take advantage of his NCAA opportunity. After announcing Western Michigan extended an offer, it took just one week for Taylor to make their wish come true by verbally committing to the Broncos back in April. The 6’5″, 295lbs offensive lineman originally hails from Burlington, and has spent his high school career playing in New Jersey at the Lawrenceville School, where he was teammates with Queen’s prospect CFC100 Jaden Bailey. He also participated at the FPC16 Showcase prior to transferring down south.
Taylor says he likes what they’re building at Western Michigan, and is hoping to take over the state during his time in the trenches.
“I wanted to join the Bronco family because they have a brotherhood going on there that I want to be a part of. The coaches are great people and the school also offers a high level of football. I want to be able to challenge Michigan and Michigan State and eventually beat them while I am there.”
He also says they offered an academic program that will keep him engaged off the field.
“Plus, they offer programs I would actually enjoy versus some other schools that would limit me into courses I donβt really care about. That is why I committed. It is the best place to start my adult life.”
