Juvénile 1
École Secondaire Triolet Harfangs (1-1) vs Académie Les Estacades (0-2)
The Estacades’ offence needs to produce some points and generate some momentum if they are going to win this or any other game. The Harfangs defence has been having trouble stopping the run, but they should be 2-1 with their offence pumping at high speed with QB/RB Lukas Boulanger, who completed 13 of 27, 3 touchdowns passes for a total of 308 yards and also rushed for 70 yards including a major, unless Boulanger has a bad day.
Collège Notre-Dame Cactus (2-0) vs Saint-Jean-Eudes Condors (1-0)
The clash of the week in this division. The defending champs are traveling to Québec City to face a rested Saint-Jean-Eudes team that was off last week. Both teams look alike, having a good running game, average passers, good receivers and sound defences. The winner of this one will be, the one with the fewest mistakes; Cactus.
Aigles RB Alexandre Gravel
Académie Saint-Louis Arsenal (0-2) vs Collège Jean-Eudes Aigles (1-1)
The Arsenal started the season against the two power-houses, Collège Notre-Dame and Séminaire Saint-François, and were not productive on offence in both games. This game might not be an easier one. Jean–Eudes slipped in a tight confrontation last week, even though QB Arnaud Desjardins had another great day. The good thing about the loss against the Loups, is that it has given the Aigles wings, and they will fly away with this win.
Roger-Comtois QB Vincent Richard
École Secondaire Roger-Comtois Patriotes (0-1) vs Séminaire Saint-François Blizzard (2-0)
The Patriotes will need Tom Brady for this one. The Blizzard played both second halves of the first two games on running time. They are controlling the ball through the air and on the ground with multiple threats. Hopefully, the Patriotes’ running game will keep the Blizzard offence off the field and keep this match tight. The Blizzard should not move from their #1 spot and be at 3-0 next week.

Commandeurs QB Tristan Blais
École Secondaire Armand-Corbeil Scorpions (2-0) vs Collège de Lévis Commandeurs (1-1)
The Scorpions are the surprise of the season as of yet and their offence has been highly productive. Look for the Commandeurs to generate momentum with their duel threat QB/RB Tristan Blais but will struggle on defence to stop the power running game of the Scorpions, who will gain another win and move up in the rankings.
École Secondaire Jacques-Rousseau Sphinx (0-2) vs Collège Charles-Lemoyne Dynamiques (0-2)
Battling for their first win of the 2016 season, these two teams are going to leave it all on the field. The Dynamiques offence has improved and will procure a win over the scoreless Sphinx.
Vert et Or QB Charles Cossette
Séminaire Saint-Joseph Vert et Or (2-0) vs École Secondaire Saint-Stanislas Patriotes (1-0)
The match-up of the week in this division. The newcomers, Saint-Stanislas Patriotes, will face a division 1 veteran team that has a winning record and which their QB/RB Charles Cossette has been generating positive yards passing and rushing. The only chance the Patriotes have to win the game, is to stop Cossette. Odds are in favour of the Vert et Or on this one.
Polyvalente Deux-Montagnes Centurions (0-2) vs École Secondaire Pointe-Lévy Corsaires (1-0)
The Corsaires will be 2-0 in part of Adrien Guay’s success at both throwing and running with the football. The Centurions are having some difficulties on offence, but the defence is really struggling and the Pointe-Lévy offence will crash through and take no prisoners.
