OFFENSE

QB Dayton Black – 6’6/260 (Neelin) – Black is the monster from the Neelin Spartans. This season he went 120/220 for 1981 passing yards to go along with 20 touchdown passes and 7 interceptions. He also had 220 rushing yards and 5 rushing touchdowns. Black is Manitoba’s version of Big Ben in high school. It goes without saying that this young man hasĀ  great frame and a strong arm. When I pulled up his film and saw exactly how big he was, I was quite surprised. It will be interesting to see how his size influences his game at the next level. The numbers are obviously very impressive, so take a look.
