This afternoon, 2014 #CFC100 Jonathan Kongbo reaffirmed his commitment to NCAA Division 1 Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) team, Tennessee Volunteers (Vols).

The Volunteers compete in the Southeastern Conference (SEC).
Kongbo completed a stint with JUCO’s Arizona Western College Matadors. In 2015, the defensive end recorded 9.5 sacks, registered 49 tackles and 12 tackles for a loss.
Previous to the Matadors, the defensive end suited up for with the Holy Cross Crusaders of the British Columbia High School Football Association (BCHSFA). For his exceptional play on the field in 2013, Kongbo was named a Provincial ‘AA’ All-Star.
Earlier this month, 247 Sports declared that the defensive end as the top ranked JUCO player.
